KNEA ELECTIONS 2023

CLICK HERE to download the NEA Representative Assembly Delegate Nomination form. The 2023 NEA Representative Assembly is in Orlando, FL. Delegates will travel to Orlando on July 1, 2023, and home on July 7, 2023. Delegates are expected to attend the entire NEA RA.

CLICK HERE to download the KNEA Board of Directors Nomination form. Kansas NEA members are encouraged to get involved and run for leadership positions. Involvement at this level of association work will be challenging, but the opportunity to positively impact the lives of your fellow members can also be quite rewarding. NOTE: The deadline for nomination of all positions is 5 PM, December 1, 2022. A candidate nomination form and nomination petition containing signatures of at least 25 KNEA members must be received by the KNEA Office of the President by 5 PM, December 1, 2022. A postmark of this date is NOT sufficient.

The KNEA Constitution, Bylaws, and Policies require statewide positions to submit a nomination petition form containing the signatures of at least 25 KNEA members. UniServ representative positions on the KNEA Board of Directors require submitting a nomination petition with the signatures of at least 25 members employed in the UniServ District represented. The nomination form and petition form MUST be received by 5 PM, DECEMBER 1, 2022, by the Office of the KNEA President. A postmark of this date is NOT sufficient.
